Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay in this lovely villa. The location was perfect, virtually on the amazing beach near Argeles-sur-mer port. The position of the villa also meant that the sun is either on the large balcony or the garden below. Perfect. Everything was as described and the host was very helpful. We will return!

Summary: Very comfortable, clean and well maintained but nowhere in the details did it state that the accomodation was all on the first floor. Had we known we would not have booked as both my wife and I have problems with stairs.

Summary: Stayed 1 - 18 June 2022 This was our first chance to return to France since the start of Covid and we were not disappointed. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Car parking was good, and secure, and the house has an amazing terrace which we used at all times of day and well into the evening. The handover at the start and end of the holiday with Marie-Anne was quick and very easy, everything was explained to us and we were made aware of how to contact her in case of problems, but this was not needed as everything worked as it should. As we stayed during a heatwave the air conditioning in the bedroom was excellent and was especially welcome as some nights the temperature stayed above 30c. There is also air conditioning in the living room, but as we spent most of our time on the terrace we did not feel the need to use this. The house is very well located for the area, very close to good beaches and also plenty of walking, and if you have a car there are plenty of places of interest a short drive away. There are lots of restaurants nearby to suit most budgets and tastes so eating out is not a problem. When we next visit this area we would certainly look to stay in this house again if it is still available. Many thanks to Marie-Anne.

Summary: The property was exactly as described in terms of facilities and location. We enjoyed the views from the balcony spending very little time in the house itself and level walks to the port and the beaches; each offering a very good range of small shops and so many restaurants. We had the bonus of some free music and dance shows at the beach and the port as well as a classic car show. The owner could not have been more helpful and made us very welcome.
